What to Expect During a Session**
This 75-minute experience includes:
- A 45-minute Akashic Records session
- Two 15-minute consultations (before and after your reading) to help you prepare and integrate guidance

- State of Mind: Please arrive clear and receptive. Refrain from alcohol/drugs for at least 24 hours, and marijuana for at least 12 hours before your reading
